About the Recruiter

Continental Search is managed by Dan Simmons a Certified Personnel Consultant who has been recruiting since 1991. Dan is an award-winning recruiter with the Top Echelon Network, America's leading placement network. He is a member of the Top Echelon Education Committee and and has been a featured speaker at the Top Echelon National Convention. Dan is also a member of the Maryland Recruiters Association.

Dan has been a guest speaker providing insight into career management for universities and trade associations including the Reciprocal Meat Conference for the American Meat Science Association in 2008, the Washington DC Chapter of ARPAS, (American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists) in 2008 and the Animal Science Department for the University of Delaware in 2008 (and scheduled for 2009).
