January 4, 2017
There are two new recruiters in the feed industry! Here we grow again! 2016 was not only our 20th year in business, it was our most successful year. Because of the ever-increasing demand for talent in animal agriculture we have decided to once again expand our staff. Success seems to bring with it growth and staff promotions. It is with great pride that I announce the promotion of two members of the Continental Search team effective today.
The first of these promotions is for Andy Chatterjee, who has been with us for four years, most recently as Director of Operations has chosen to join the recruiting team. His recruiting work will be as a generalist working with our senior staff to identify top talent in the feed industry. Andy’s official title will be Talent Scout. He will be recruiting Feed Formulators, Veterinarians, Animal Nutritionists in swine, dairy, beef and poultry along with Feed Mill Managers and executives. In the first half of 2017, he will focus on identifying top talent coming out of university graduate programs. Andy can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In addition, we promoted Maria Codilla, our Content Manager will be splitting her role between content production and recruiting Direct-to-Farm Dairy Consultants in the northeast and Midwest. We call Maria a Talent Scout. Maria will be recruiting for regional feed companies and major mineral companies. She will focus on openings in New England, Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and South Dakota. Maria can be reached at email@example.com.
As a result of the promotion of these new recruiters in the feed industry, our total recruiting staff has risen to 6 along with our support team to 4. I’ve been recruiting for 25 years and have never been part of such a talented team of recruiters and researchers. Most of all, I am very pleased to announce these promotions as these two recruiters will help us serve our target market of feed manufacturers and their suppliers across North America.
Congratulations and best wishes to both!
